One to One Professional Courses

Reiki Master ART

Reiki supports most other healing modalities and also stands alone as a powerful healing tool. Level I introduces the history, method and principles. You are able to practice Reiki on yourself. Level II covers work with crystals, the chakra system, animals and distance healing. You are able to give Reiki to animals, the earth and to other individuals. Level III strengthens the Reiki ray and provides tools for self mastery. You are able to effectively transmute energies and provide restoration to the cellular and spiritual bodies of clients. 22 hours of certificated education.

Reiki IV is offered by invitation only.

Neutral-Space Relaxation

Neutral-Space Relaxation is a stand alone therapy with proven effects in restoration of the nervous system, increase in emotional wellbeing and establishing a core sense of balance (both physical and emotional). A set of specified techniques on the massage table allow the practitioner to hold space for healing. In Neutral-Space Relaxation we do not process stories on the psychological level, but work somatically to allow the body to establish its own vitality. At the close of the course you will be a certified practitioner, ready to enrol in our professional organisation and practice clinically. 44 hours of education.

Polarity Therapy

Polarity Therapy is a process of healing bridging allopathic and complementary medicine. Each patient or client is seen through a fully holistic lens. We understand that symptoms presenting in one area may have root causes in another. Dr. Randolph Stone, the founder of Polarity Therapy, was a practising osteopath and clinician from Chicago. He also studied the Vedas and was the disciple of a guru in Northern India. Professional Group Training

Group training supports us in our growth through the exchange of knowledge and inspiration in the group dynamic. It can be joyful to share our learning process and create a community for our role and service as healers.

Programmes are internationally certified and accredited. Group numbers are kept to 12 people maximum to offer true care in mentorship. Training programmes are run in person. It is recommended that students progress through the full Stepping Stone series to maximise their study to its full potential. The series is set apart into three stages to allow you to progress in your own pace. If you desire to expand your sense of self, grow your own health and make the world a more beautiful place, you may be ready to begin a career in complementary and alternative medicine through our courses!

Stepping Stone 1

Stepping Stone One begins with Reiki. Reiki is a flow of universal chi, or ki, which moves through the universe. It is the first stepping stone in my complete training package because it is the most simple to study. Students receive attunements through the levels of Reiki. There are six attunements in total as students progress through Reiki levels I, II and IIIl. Each attunement is a precise energetic frequency, vibration or wave of energy.

Group Reiki Training is offered in the Spring, to prepare the way for the larger Energy Healing Programme. It is not a pre-requisite for enrolment in the full programme, but rather a suggested stepping stone to wet your feet and set the sight of your arrow of intention.

If the group dates do not work for you, you are welcome to study Reiki on a one to one basis.

Stepping Stone 2

Stepping Stone Two is the first half of our Professional Energy Healing Programme. The Energy Healing Programme includes training in Neutral-Space Relaxation, Polarity Therapy and basic skills in shamanism.

You will learn to work with the elements, apply detailed maps of the physical and energy body and core shamanic principles. As a complete holistic system, yoga and nutrition form equal pillars to the bodywork. You will learn several modes of diagnostics as well as heart-centred approaches to counseling. We additionally cover the basics of professional memberships, insurance, setting up a practice and ethics in the healthcare industry. Upon completion you are able to practice Polarity Therapy, Somatics and Core Shamanic Healing with clients. 180 hours of accredited education.
Additional case study and supervisions are part of the programme. Upon completion you will be certified as an Associate Polarity Practitioner. You will have the opportunity to join The UK Polarity Therapy Association, our professional body and will be licensed to practice clinically.

Group Training is encouraged for the full Energy Healing Programme. We begin in the summer months and complete the following autumn, allowing time to complete your case studies and supervisions.

If the group dates do not work for you, you are welcome to study Energy Healing on a one to one basis. You would first enrol in Reiki (optional), followed by Neutral-Space Relaxation and then the full course in Polarity Therapy.

Stepping Stone 3

Stepping Stone Three is the second half of our Energy Healing Programme.
Its focus is deepening the work with Polarity Therapy and core shamanic principles. As a complete system, Polarity Therapy will be applied to address specific areas and issues including respiration, the lymph, puberty, pregnancy, hormone balancing and skeletal alignment, as well as advanced work with the earth herself and spirit elements. We cover advanced maps of the physical and energy body, deepening shamanic principles, yoga/movement and fully integrated nutrition. Upon completion you are able to step into your potential as a healer. You will be able to apply Integrated Healing, combining the key areas covered for a full, holistic benefit for your clients. Through deep mentorship in designing and fulfilling your role in the wellbeing and healthcare industries. Over 180 additional hours of accredited education.
Upon completion you will be certified as a Registered Polarity Practitioner, RPP. You will have international recognition in having completed the highest level of training offered in Polarity Therapy. You will receive additional certificates of learning in Shamanic Study, and Somatics.

It is recommended that students who study Stepping Stone Two continue to Stepping Stone Three. If you are ready to commit to the full journey of 3 years of study (including all three stepping stones and allowing time for case studies and supervisions at the end) you are welcome to book onto the full suite of programmes from the outset.
