The Women’s Way is an interactive programme of online study. The course includes six video modules which you are able to complete in your own home and in the timing that works for you. 

Each video contains an opening meditation, movement practice, inquiry and storytelling based in indigenous wisdom. 

In addition to each video you receive a guidebook with deepening practices and follow up suggestions. Through these we encourage a connection between past and present, ancient and contemporary. 

Finally, you receive six special readings – one to go with each video module. These readings are powerful wisdom teachings, told in beautiful storytelling formats. They take the course to a whole new level by integrating archetypal knowledge from Middle Eastern and Celtic traditions with the indigenous knowledge presented via video.
