An Immersive Programme of Prayer, Reflection & Nourishment

As the light softens and our hearts turn toward the harvest, we are called for gentle reflection.

You are warmly invited to gather in sacred space for an immersive programme of deep prayer, soulful reflection, and embodied renewal. Held in intimate community, this retreat is a place to honour what has grown through the light of summer, to offer gratitude and honour change.

Together, we will move through the elements of earth, water, fire, air and spirit. We will engage with each element through yoga, meditation, music and prayer. We will reflect on personal and collective choices in the season of change. How can we live in greater balance, love, and alignment?

This is a space for those who have journeyed far within. For heart-led humans ready to meet the stillness of the season with reverence and realness. A sacred fire will hold the centre of our focus, providing a guiding light for our transformations.

The Venue

Our venue is a beautiful garden with a yurt purpose built for deep meditation and ritual. On site is an additional outdoor fire-pit, a sauna, space to relax in nature and a beautiful kitchen.

We are located near Isfield, East Sussex. The nearest towns with transport links are Lewes and Uckfield. From these towns you can get a bus or come in a taxi. There is parking onsite for those who drive.

Arrival time is 3-4pm on the Friday. Departure is 12pm on the Sunday.

 

Additional Support

An individual chat with each person is held prior to the retreat.

After the retreat, an group call is held, to support the fullness of your unfolding and assist the work to move into your life.

 

Exchange

The full exchange for the retreat is £695. This includes all food, accommodation, facilitation and support.

 

This is a high-integrity, small group experience.
Places are limited in order to ensure a depth of individual growth and genuine group harmony.

This is a mixed retreat for men, women and all genders alike.
